A very familiar pleasure with a new twist.  Much like our highly sought after pepper teriyaki, this jerky blends together two very different yet massive flavors. Each bite offers a surprising triple layer flavor:  First hints of lemon then an amazing, yet not overwhelming wave of pepper, and then finally a touch of lemon again. 

It’s this jaw dropping slow dance on the tongue-- that has earned this flavor such a large and devoted following. This jerky has now become the complete package by using our classic Top Round cut.  This gives the jerky a soft, marinated-all-night-long BBQ texture, which soaks up the entire tongue tickling flavor jerky has to offer.
